2- Payment Policy

Tuition at Mahomet Math is billed on a monthly basis and covers reserved instructional time for each student group. Payments must be made on or before the 5th day of each month to maintain active enrollment.

Terms of Payment:
• Tuition is charged per month, not per session. It secures a student’s place in the program regardless of attendance or short-term school closures.
• Payments received after the 7th day of the month are subject to a $25 late fee.
• Accounts more than two weeks overdue may result in suspension of instruction until payment is received.
• Tuition rates are reviewed annually and may be adjusted with at least 30 days’ written notice to parents.
• Payments may be made via online invoice, check, or other approved methods listed on the enrollment form.
• A returned check or failed payment will incur a $25 processing fee.

Mahomet Math reserves the right to deny continued participation if tuition is not paid in full according to these terms.

Acknowledgment:
By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that tuition is due by the 5th of each month and agree to the above payment conditions.
