1. Commitment & Program Length

• Mahomet Math operates on a semester or yearly enrollment model designed for consistent progress.

• Enrollment represents a commitment to the full instructional period so that students can benefit from steady practice and guided growth.

• We do not offer drop-in or short-term sessions.

2. Group Placement & Diagnostic Assessment

 

• All students complete a Placement and Diagnostic Assessment prior to enrollment to ensure proper placement by skill level and pacing needs.

• This assessment is billed separately and may lead to regrouping recommendations if necessary.

3. Attendance & Participation

 

• Regular attendance is critical for group learning and student success.

• Students who miss classes frequently or fail to maintain steady participation may be dismissed from the program at the discretion of Mahomet Math.

• In such cases, their spot may be offered to students on our waiting list, and no refund will be issued for unused sessions.

This policy ensures fairness to all families and preserves the integrity and continuity of the learning environment.

4. Schedule & Sessions

• Classes meet twice per week—either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday—for up to 60 minutes per session, between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

• Optional Saturday sessions are available for enrichment programs.

5. Tuition & Payment

• Tuition is billed monthly or per semester.

• All payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• There are no refunds for missed or unattended sessions.

6. Parent Communication

• We partner with families through open communication.

• Progress summaries are provided periodically, and parents are encouraged to share feedback to support each student’s success.

Mahomet Math is a community-based enrichment program, not a commercial tutoring center.

Our goal is to build long-term confidence, consistency, and mastery—helping students grow steadily, not temporarily.
