3- Refund Policy

Mahomet Math tuition operates similarly to college or private school programs, where payment secures a seat and instructional commitment for the month.

Because group learning relies on stable enrollment and scheduling, tuition is non-refundable once the month begins.

Refund Terms:
• No refunds or credits are issued for absences, late arrivals, or voluntary withdrawal.
• Tuition already reflects consideration for short holidays and occasional school breaks.
• Partial refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Verified medical leave extending beyond three consecutive weeks.

• Permanent relocation outside the Mahomet area.
  • In the event of instructor illness or emergency cancellation, a make-up session or credit will be offered.
  • Week-long closures due to major public holidays (e.g., Winter Break, Spring Break) may be adjusted at Mahomet Math’s discretion.

By submitting payment, parents/guardians confirm that they understand and accept this Refund Policy as part of the enrollment agreement.
