Welcome to Mahomet Math. By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our tutoring programs, or participating in any Mahomet Math activities, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before enrolling or making payment.

1. Purpose and Scope

Mahomet Math is a community-based educational program that provides small-group and one-on-one math tutoring for students in grades 5–12. These Terms govern the use of our website (www.mahometmath.com), enrollment in our programs, and participation in any sessions, communications, or events associated with Mahomet Math.

2. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment secures a student’s reserved spot in a structured small-group class.
• Tuition is billed monthly and is due by the 5th of each month.
• Payment confirms ongoing participation. Missed payments beyond the 7th day may result in a late fee or removal from the program.

• Enrollment and continued participation are contingent upon compliance with our program rules and respectful conduct toward staff and peers.

3. Refunds

Mahomet Math operates under a no-refund policy once the instructional month begins.
Exceptions are made only for verified medical leaves exceeding three weeks or permanent relocation outside the Mahomet area.

4. Attendance and Dismissal

Regular attendance is essential for progress. Students who frequently miss classes without notice may lose their reserved place.
Mahomet Math reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct disrupts instruction, violates our attendance policy, or disregards staff direction.
Dismissal decisions are final and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All instructional materials, handouts, worksheets, and digital resources provided by Mahomet Math are the property of Mahomet Math and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mahomet Math and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in sessions, both in-person and online.
While we strive to maintain a safe learning environment, parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s well-being during instruction.

7. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment or via our website is used solely for educational and administrative purposes.

8. Website Use

All website content, including text, images, and materials, is for informational purposes only.
Users may not modify, copy, distribute, or exploit content without prior permission from Mahomet Math.
